I don't want a scattered link-for-all in this section. Only the best of the best or none will apply.
Why?
Having links to this and that would be a lot like an actual free for all link list. I don't want that. This isn't a 'favorites' list like on ff.net. If something makes it into this section, it is because it is highly deserved. Only the toppest of the top, the richest of the rich, the nicest of the nice and the goodest of the good go in here. Elegantly put with real words, the creme de la creme.
So without further ado, the requirements.
No matter what you submit: It CANNOT be your own work! If I accept it I will contact the author himself/herself and find out if they would like it showcased here.
-It cannot contain nudity. This is 'Not So Innocent' not 'Porn Central'.
-It does have to be cartoon related, but does not have to be just Animaniacs. This site is opening up a bit to accept some different cartoon series.
If you are submitting fanfiction for approval it must complete at least one of these:
-Must have at least 50 reviews from fanfiction.net
-Must have at least 10 reviews from mediaminer
-At least 5 reviews submitted elsewhere and/or my personal approval
-Winner of a fanfiction contest
If submitting art for approval it must complete at least one of these:
-If on deviantart or a likewise site, it must have at least 10 comments on a piece of work
-Winner of an art contest
-Must meet my personal approval
Remember you cannot submit your own work!
